'With IGEL I feel really confident about the software and the strategy. Dell wants to sell laptops, towers, servers and printers. I don't see the same energy at Dell that IGEL is putting into. Most of our staff work on IGEL thin clients in their offices, and as we moved them home, we didn't want to give them a slow windows laptop that was difficult to ensure was updated regularly. So we took those old laptops and converted them to IGEL, and the staff was able to take those home and have the same experience as they had in the office. SAN FRANCISCO, January 14, 2021 – IGEL, provider of the next-gen edge OS for cloud workspaces, today released the UD Pocket2, a portable USB device with a USB-A and a USB-C connector that enables secure and rapid access from any x86-64 endpoint, to managed cloud or VDI workspaces. Does anyone have any experience using IGEL OS 11 with a laptop that has a built-in touchscreen? For example www.lg.com/us/laptops/lg-14Z970-AAAS5U1-ultra-slim-laptop

I have actually used touchscreen on a IGEL OS 10.6.110 and it worked without any issues. We did ours on Dell Latitude E7450 laptop.

Just curious, what setting did you use in the touchscreen session options?

What type of session are you using? I'm trying to see if this will work with Teradici PCoIP

We actually just went with the standard download straight from IGEL. We did not make any configuration changes. The touchscreen worked without any issues. We used PCoIP as well to run on, as the Dell laptops tend to work better for us with PCoIP.
